Email Information

The ISD has changed email systems. WebMail has been replaced with our new mail system called Merit Mail. Every effort has been made to move existing mail to the new system. If you have problems please contact the Information Services department at the ISD. Below is the new username and password format that you will need to login on the new system. You should be able to login if you had an existing account on WebMail. Your new email account will have the following format:

 firstname.lastname@monroeisd.us

You will still be able to receive mail when it is sent to your old account that used the format: name@misd.k12.mi.us but you should inform your addressees of the change as mailing to the old format will only be available for a limited time.

 

Username:     firstname.lastname  (for example - John.Smith)

Password:      Your ISD employee number (this is the same number you use for SmartFindExpress (SFE) or Employee Access Center).

 

Click on the link below to access the new mail system. After you successfully login, you will be instructed that you must change your password. Please change it  to something you will be familiar with utilizing the following rules:

    Minimum of 6 characters and you must use at least one number and one capital.
